How many light string segments can be connected?
100ft can only connect up to 6 light segments and 1 extension cables. Note: excessive light segments may cause insufficient voltage for some light strings.
Why some light strings don't light up correctly?
Sometimes the number of lamp beads may change after cut or connecting multiple strands in series. You can adjust the actual length by “Smart Life” APP according our user manual
Can I cut the light string to my desired length?
Permanent outdoor lights are uncuttable. but you can set light Strip length by “Smart Life” APP.
The lights keep flickering not responding to the remote?
If you accidentally trigger the pairing mode, the lights will keep flickering and not responding to your remote. This state usually last 3 minutes for pairing mode.
How to set the pairing mode?
The reset mode is to switch the power supply three times (turn-on-off-on-off-on). or press and hold the switch button on the remote for more than 5 seconds until the light begins to blink.
Can I just the apply adhesive to install the light string? Do I A have to use screws and clips?
The pre-applied 3M adhesive is enough to hold the weight of the light in a short term. but It is necessary to use clips and screws for long-term use.

Do these work well with and stay connected with Apple HomeKit?
Yes, they do work well with and stay connected to Apple HomeKit, but please note the following information when using:
Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is running iOS 16.5 or later.
You must connect to a control hub that supports Matter, such as HomePod, HomePod mini, or Apple TV.
Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is supported for network connection.

How do you put these downlights into pairing mode?
To put the downlights into pairing mode, please follow these steps:
Turn the light on and off consecutively five times in rapid succession.
After completing this sequence, the downlights will blink red three times and then remain steady. This indicates that the lights have successfully entered pairing mode and are now ready to be connected to your desired device or system.
Do these lights support group control, or will I have to control each light separately?
Yes, these lights do support group control. The functionality may vary slightly depending on the app you use. Once the lights are paired with the app, you can create groups to control multiple lights simultaneously.
To set up group control:
Pair each light individually with the app.
In the app, select the lights you wish to include in a group.
Access the settings menu (usually located in the top-right corner) and choose the option to create a new group.
Add the selected lights to the group. Once done, you can control all the lights in the group together with a single command.
